Astrogen, inc. is a company founded by a pediatric neurologist, specializing in the development
of small molecule-based therapies for neurological disorders. One of our flagship products in development is AST-001, aimed at treating core symptoms of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

AST-001, being developed as a first-in-class drug, has completed final subject follow-up for Phase 3 clinical trial. Leveraging the pharmacological efficacy and development expertise of AST-001, we are striving to develop treatments for various refractory neurological disorders.
