Our Credo

To establish a standard for the conduct and value judgments
that all employees must uphold, Astrogen pledges to
strictly adhere to the following Ethics Code.

Basic Attitude of Employees

As members of Astrogen Co., Ltd., we always perform our duties with an attitude that represents the company.

  • - We strictly prohibit the acceptance of money or gifts during work and do not engage in financial transactions between employees.
  • - We maintain a zero-tolerance policy and strictly penalize workplace harassment and sexual harassment.

Astrogen receives reports on actions that conflict with our ethical management principles through our Helpline.
If you have any reports or suggestions regarding misconduct by Astrogen employees, please submit them through the Helpline.

Astrogen ensures strict confidentiality and protection of the personal information of whistleblowers, preventing any disadvantages resulting from reporting.
Please report any actions that conflict with our ethical management principles to hotline@astrogen.co.kr.

This account is operated and managed separately from general company accounts and is accessible only to a minimum number of security administrators.
STEP 01
Receipt of Report

Please send an email detailing the actions that conflict with ethical management. (Email: hotline@astrogen.co.kr)

STEP 02
Review Content

A designated manager will review the received content. To protect the identity of the whistleblower, only a very limited number of personnel will handle the case.

STEP 03
Initiate Investigation

Investigations are conducted in order of receipt and priority. The duration may vary depending on the target and scope of the investigation.

STEP 04
Investigation Completion

After verifying the facts, the case will be handled as follows, and the results will be promptly notified.

- Suggestions & Requests: Results will be shared after consultation with relevant departments.

- Major Violations: Results will be shared after internal investigation. Follow-up actions such as special audits or reporting to law enforcement may be taken if necessary.
